The ideal candidate for this position will have worked with patients of all ages and demographics, is proficient in performing oral exams and a variety of dental procedures. Also is committed to the highest quality of patient care and establishing lasting patient/doctor relationships. Full or part time will be considered. Professional requirements: Wisconsin State Dental License, DEA Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance

Patient care hours are:

Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Every other Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
